Ariana Madix<\/strong> and Tom Sandoval<\/strong> have officially offloaded their Los Angeles home three years after their dramatic breakup.<\/p>\n

Us Weekly<\/em> confirmed on Friday, May 8, that the Vanderpump Rules<\/em> alums quietly sold the home that they bought together in 2019 to new owners for $3.1 million. (TMZ<\/em> was first to report the news.)<\/p>\n

The former couple, who called it quits in March 2023 after Sandoval, 43, was busted having an affair with their then-costar Rachel \u201cRaquel\u201d Leviss,<\/strong> bought the house in 2019 for $2 million.<\/p>\n

Following their split after nine years together, Madix, 40, and Sandoval were embroiled in more drama as they battled over the home.\u00a0<\/p>\n

In the aftermath of the cheating scandal, Sandoval spoke about continuing to live in the\u00a0 5-bedroom, 5.5-bathroom property during an appearance on the \u201cHowie Mandel Does Stuff\u201d podcast in April 2023.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t have a lot of friends I can stay with right now. \u2026 I kind of run the house,\u201d he said. \u201cI handle the gardening [and] the housekeeping. My assistant comes and cleans and stocks everything. I basically run everything in the house.\u201d<\/p>\n

Sandoval shared on the podcast that he and Madix used a mediator to communicate at the time.<\/p>\n

\u201c[Ariana\u2019s] in the house. This is a big house. We have a go-between. We text when we\u2019re coming and going,\u201d he continued. \u201cThe house is not listed yet, no. [Ariana\u2019s] really busy right now, she\u2019s obviously blowing up. I\u2019m really happy to see that. I\u2019ve been busy as well trying to get things together.\u201d<\/p>\n

In January, Us Weekly confirmed that Madix and Sandoval settled the legal battle over the sale of their shared home.<\/p>\n

The former couple reached an agreement on January 13, when the Love Island USA<\/em> host filed a notice of settlement of the entire case in Los Angeles Superior Court. According to the filing, the dismissal of the case is \u201cconditional\u201d and would require \u201cthe satisfactory completion of specified terms\u201d within 30 days of the date of the settlement.<\/p>\n

In December 2018, they told Us<\/em> that they would likely never get engaged and wanted to spend their money on a home together instead.<\/p>\n

\u201cTo me, we\u2019d rather put our money in that investment than, to us, marriage or a wedding and all that, an expensive ring,\u201d Sandoval told Us<\/em> at the time.<\/p>\n
