Napoli winger David Neres took a flight to London in the morning and will undergo ankle surgery that will keep him on the sidelines for over two months.<\/p>\n

Il Mattino posted a Facebook picture of Neres at the Naples airport this morning, right before boarding the flight for the UK.<\/p>\n

Gazzetta reported earlier this week that the Brazilian was expected to undergo surgery to resolve an injury in his ankle tendon.<\/p>\n

According to Il Mattino, Neres will remain on the treatment table for over two months, returning to action in April.<\/p>\n
