(WHTM) — You can be Friday’s hometown hero by supporting a non-profit working to get people into homes.
Habitat for Humanity of the Greater Harrisburg Area is holding their annual art auction fundraiser next month.
It’s one of the main fundraising events that supports qualified families in getting habitat homes of their own.
“It is an opportunity to promote artists in the area and provides us with an opportunity for our next affordable housing project,” Serina Gaston, executive director, said.
Tickets for the event are available until Feb. 13. The fundraiser is on March 27.
