Banking institution JPMorgan Chase is at the center of a sexual harassment lawsuit.
Senior executive Lorna Hajdini was named in an April 2026 lawsuit, where she was accused of sexual abuse and making an anonymous coworker her “sex slave.” She vehemently denied the accusations.
“Lorna categorically denies the allegations,” Hajdini’s lawyer told the New York Post. “She never engaged in any inappropriate conduct with this individual of any kind and has never even been to the location where the alleged sexual assault supposedly took place.”
The plaintiff also named JPMorgan in the suit, alleging his employer failed to properly investigate the reported claims. The banking firm, for its part, denounced the accusations.

Lorna Hajdini and JPMorgan Named in a Lawsuit
The Daily Mail confirmed in April 2026 that a bombshell new lawsuit accused Hajdini of coercing a married colleague into performing “non-consensual and humiliating sex acts.”
The accuser, referred to as John Doe, further claimed that Hajdini drugged him on multiple occasions and once berated him for crying while she performed a sex act without consent. He further alleged that JPMorgan enabled Hajdini’s abuse, claiming the firm retaliated once he reported the alleged incidents. He said he was placed on involuntary leave, while Hajdini reportedly was never punished for her alleged actions.
The filing claims that the alleged abuse began in 2024 after Doe and Hajdini started working together.
JPMorgan Investigates Abuse Claims
A spokesperson for JPMorgan addressed the lawsuit in April 2026.
“Following an investigation, we don’t believe there’s any merit to these claims,” a rep for the organization told the Daily Mail. “While numerous employees cooperated with the investigation, the complainant refused to participate and has declined to provide facts that would be central to support his allegations.”

JPMorgan and Hajdini later both denied the allegations.

The Lawsuit Is Withdrawn
The sexual assault suit was withdrawn later in April 2026. The Economic Times reported that the petition was retracted for “corrections” that raised eyebrows about the truth of the claims. The New York Post also claimed that the accusations were fabricated.
Why Did the JPMorgan Scandal Go Viral?
After the lawsuit was first filed in April 2026, several social media users began questioning the lawsuit’s merit.
“I would wager any amount of money that this JP Morgan woman is 1000% innocent and now she’s having her life ruined by some failed banker turned scammer,” an X user wrote. “JPM conducted a full internal investigation. That means they would have forensically analyzed all devices, business and personal, for direct evidence and indirect behavioral patterns. She cooperated. He didn’t.”
Another added, “I hope she makes him PAY BIG TIME for defaming and humiliating her in public. Go get him, Lorna.”
Megyn Kelly, for her part, burst into laughter when reading the claims aloud on her eponymous podcast.
