Kyle Richards’ daughter Sophia Umansky is going under the knife for a breast lift following her recent weight loss.
Umansky, 26, and Richards, 57, documented their arrival at a surgery center in a video shared via Instagram on Wednesday, April 29. Richards explained that her daughter was getting the procedure done by the same surgeon who did her breast reduction in 2022.
“I love him and respect him, and would not trust anyone else to do the surgery on my child,” she told the camera. “I am not a fan of implants. I never had implants. I still don’t, and I’m really excited that Sophia is not getting implants.”
The video then showed Umansky changing into scrubs, a shower cap and a robe as she waited for her doctor. She then took a pregnancy test, which Richards noted is standard procedure.
“I told her that we’re either leaving with new boobs or a baby coming. So it’s a win-win situation,” Richards joked. (Umansky’s test was negative.)

Umansky also had “before” photos taken prior to heading off to surgery.
Umansky previously shared her plans to get a breast lift in a TikTok video on Tuesday, April 28.
“I’m getting my boobs done,” she said, adding that she was “so excited” for the procedure.
“I’m just getting a lift. I’m not getting any implants or anything,” the TV personality clarified.
Umansky explained that she’s been on Mounjaro, a GLP-1 injection, for the past year and “lost a ton of weight very rapidly.”
“And then I gained weight back. And then now I feel like I’m starting to finally, like, balance out at, like, a perfect medium,” she continued. “And as a result of my weight fluctuating, my girls are just not sitting where I want them to be sitting. They’re, like, hanging real low, and I want them to be, like, up.”

Umansky added that she’s not sure “how high up” she can make her chest without implants, but her surgeon offered to remove fat from her hips and add it to her breasts to give more volume.
“I feel like I need a little something,” she noted. “I know getting this done will make me so much more confident in my body, and that’s always the goal. Obviously, if I end up doing the fat removal from my hips, I’ve heard that that is the most painful part, so I’m a little nervous for that part, but other than that, it should be a fairly easy recovery. Anyways, I’m really excited, and I’ll let you guys know how it goes.”
In addition to getting a breast lift, Umansky said she is having her lips blushed, which is a semi-permanent cosmetic tattoo that enhances shape, color and definition.
“I heard that they, like, scab and peel, so I’m gonna be, like, bandaged up and have, like, scabbed, peeled lips,” she concluded. “So, like, I’m gonna be really cute next week, but I’ll still update you guys on the lips and the boobs and everything. Wish me luck.”
