Jelly Roll is celebrating a major milestone in daughter Bailee Ann’s life.
“My little angel is the Prom Queen,” Jelly Roll, 41, wrote via his Instagram Story on Saturday, May 2, celebrating his teen’s newly-minted status.
In the photo, Bailee smiled while wearing a white sash that read, “Prom Royalty,” and a blue sash that read, “Prom Queen.” She stunned in a strapless teal gown while rocking a crown on her head and holding a red rose.
In a separate Instagram post, Jelly Roll and wife Bunnie Xo stood behind Bailee as she sat on a chair in her glam. The clip then showed the trio dressed up for Bailee’s prom, as they lip-synced to Reba McEntire’s “Fancy.”
“You kno we had to represent 🩷,” Bunnie Xo, 46, captioned the joint post, to which Jelly Roll commented, “Let’s goooooo biscuit.”
Jelly Roll welcomed Bailee with ex-girlfriend Felicia in 2008, while Jelly Roll was serving a prison sentence for a drug-related conviction.
“A guard knocks on my cell door midafternoon during lockdown. He goes, ‘You had a kid today,’” he told Billboard in June 2023. “I’ve never had nothing in life that urged me in the moment to know that I had to do something different. I have to figure this out right now.”
Jelly Roll became a father for a second time in August 2016, when he welcomed son Noah Buddy with ex Melisa.

“God Bless this Child to be everything I am not! Noah Buddy DeFord!” he wrote via Facebook at the time. “I pray he nor Bailee ever have to pay for their father’s sins. I’ll post more pics tomorrow.”
That same month, Jelly Roll tied the knot with Bunnie Xo at Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas. The pair have been candid about pursuing in vitro fertilization in the hopes of having a child together.
“This journey with IVF, we sat down a couple months ago,” Bunnie Xo said on her “Dumb Blonde” podcast in 2024 “And I was just like, I feel like I’ve accomplished so much in my life. And the only thing that’s left is to raise a baby and garden. I’m in my baby mama [and] gardening era.”
She continued, “J was like … ‘I would love to have a baby with you.’ And that was not the response that I thought he would say. I was just like, ‘Wow really? Have you always felt like that?’ He was like, ‘Yeah, I will always have a baby with you. If you want to have a baby, cool. If you don’t, cool. Whatever you want to do.’ So now he’s, like, really excited about it.”
