Park Hyatt Sydney Partners With Tim Tam for Limited-Edition Afternoon Tea Experience

Park Hyatt Sydney has partnered with iconic Australian chocolate biscuit brand Tim Tam to launch a limited-edition Afternoon Tea, available on weekends from 10 May to 28 June 2026.

Set against the sweeping views of Sydney Harbour, the collaboration reimagines the hotel’s signature Afternoon Tea with a playful and indulgent twist. The bespoke menu features a thoughtful selection of handcrafted pastries, classic savoury favourites including Australian staples such as beef pie and sausage rolls and freshly baked scones, alongside a series of Tim Tam-inspired delights.

Highlights include a rich Tim Tam Hot Chocolate, a Caramel Tim Tam ‘Opera’ featuring a Tim Tam Chewy Caramel crumb, and a Tim Tam Slam Choux, a modern interpretation of the beloved Tim Tam Slam.

A centrepiece of the experience, Park Hyatt Sydney’s signature scones are served with strawberry jam, vanilla mascarpone and an exclusive Tim Tam Chewy Caramel spread, created especially for the collaboration.

Designed as a timely offering for Mother’s Day celebrations and the cooler months ahead, the limited-time experience invites guests to indulge in a nostalgic yet elevated take on a classic afternoon ritual.

The Tim Tam x Park Hyatt Sydney Afternoon Tea will be available Saturdays and Sundays from 10 May through to 28 June 2026.
