In this week’s episode of The Baggage Reclaim Sessions, I’m sharing why I’m taking a few weeks off from the podcast to recalibrate and reset. It’s been quite a year. From major surgery and medical menopause to a cancer diagnosis, infections, getting back to work, supporting my kids through their final school exams, and somehow writing a book in the midst of it all. While I’m in a much better headspace now, my body has been through a series of crashes and I’ve realized I need to be more organised and systemised to support myself going forward, especially with regular scans ahead.
If you’re someone who’s been wrestling with giving yourself permission to take a break, commit to fewer things, or create more space in your life after going through challenging times, I hope this episode gives you the nudge you need to prioritize your wellbeing.
