25 Easy Weeknight Dinners to Make Right Now


Even food editors who cook all day need easy weeknight dinners. (We might not be hungry but, apparently, our families still have to eat.) Because we believe in cooking with the seasons, these weeknight recipes are designed with spring in mind. Think: cold noodles for unseasonably warm May nights, stovetop burgers for unseasonably cold May nights, and hot honey–glazed salmon for all the nights in between.

There are easy recipes that highlight spring produce (asparagus, leeks, herbs, etc.), sheet-pan dinners that make cleanup a breeze, and a few recipes we lean on for hurried weeknights, no matter the time of year.
